Legacy of Love began with one connection — mine with Hot Rod.
🌸 April 2025 – The Beginning
When I founded Legacy of Love, I started with a simple promise in my heart:
“One Dog. One Human. One Connection at a Time.”
Those words have carried me through my earliest steps as a trainer. They reminded me that the most beautiful transformations happen in the quiet, patient moments when a dog finally feels understood.
I created this business to honor my soul dog, Hot Rod — my sunshine, my teacher, and the one who showed me that love is the greatest motivator of all.
The bond that started it all — a lesson in love, patience, and presence.
🌤️ The Journey – Learning, Building, Becoming
The months that followed were a blur of learning, creating, healing, and growing.
I began designing programs, wrote handouts, and built playbooks — but beneath it all, I have really been building myself.
There were late nights full of tears for Hot Rod and long days filled with gratitude for the chance to carry his lessons forward. Each dog I met reflects a piece of him back to me. Each human reminds me that this work is about more than training; it’s about communication, trust, and compassion in action.
💖 The Evolution – Discovering My Why
Somewhere between April and November, my tagline deepened — just as I have.
What began as a quiet whisper of connection became a confident call to purpose:
Train with Heart. Lead with Love. Live your Legacy.
It wasn’t a replacement; it was an evolution.
This new line expresses everything my work has become — a journey of heart, leadership, and legacy.
It’s how I teach.
It’s how I live.
It’s how I carry Hot Rod’s spirit forward every single day.
🕯️ The Meaning – A Legacy Born of Love
They say, “If your why doesn’t make you cry, it isn’t deep enough.”
Mine brings me to tears often — not out of sorrow, but out of gratitude.
Legacy of Love is Hot Rod’s presence still alive in this world.
Through every session, every client, and every wagging tail, his light shines on.
When I watch a human and dog finally understand each other — that look, that sigh, that peace — I feel him there, reminding me why I began.

Now, as this year closes, I see that I’m not only building a business — I’m creating a living, breathing tribute.
Every training plan, every joyful graduation photo, every family walking in sync… they’re all pieces of one message:
